How Do I Order My Cami Bear?
Once you have selected your Cami Bear from the Product Page, it is time to customise to your requirements:
Step 1) Select Bear Colour, click Next
Step 2) Select Fabric, click Next
(if prefer plain / no embroidery, please select the “No Embroidery” option)
Step 3) Add any additional embroidery / custom requirements
Step 4) Add to cart and Proceed to Checkout
Step 5) Your personalised Cami bear will arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks depending on specific requirements
Can I choose to have no embroidery patch?
Yes, if you prefer not to have a pattern embroided patch just select the “No Embroided Patch” when customising your bear on the product page
What Countries Do You Ship To?
We send our custom Cami Bears throughout Australia, NZ, UK and USA. If you wish to send to an alternate country, please get in touch to discuss.
Due to the size of the bears we charge the following shipping fee, this is calculated at checkout (in $AUD)

We offer Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard) using the PayPal gateway and AfterPay. If you don’t have a PayPal account this is fine, process as a “Guest” to use Visa or MasterCard.

Can I Buy a Cami Bear through a Local Stockist
Please browse our stockist list for a funeral home near you. They can arrange a bear for you and transfer your loved ones ashes straight into the bear. Alternatively, you can purchase your bear here and take it back to the funeral home who looked after your loved one, and have the ashes transferred.

What are the sizes of the bear?
Both the Keepsake Bear Urn and the Teddy Bear Urn stand at 50cm tall ( 37cm high sitting) and they are available in the Vintage Brown, Teal Blue and Soft Pink.
The small keepsake bear is 37cm, while the large vintage brown bear is 60cm.
Do You Create Infant and Baby Urn Memory Bears?
Yes we lovingly create memory bear urns for babies, personalised with the special memories of a baby that has grown their wings early.
